Privacy notice

This site is reserved for the residents of Résidence Shiraz. It is run by the management of the residence (Clopro).

What we keep

Your first and last name, your building and apartment, your email and/or phone number, and what you publish on the neighbours’ wall (messages, replies, photos).

Why

To check that you live in the residence, to let you sign in, and to let residents talk to each other and to the management. Nothing else: no advertising, no sale of data.

Who sees what

The management sees your details to validate your account. Other residents only see your first name, the initial of your last name and your building, next to your messages. Visitors who are not signed in see none of this.

Photos

Photos you share are re-encoded on our server: the hidden data that phones add, such as the place where the photo was taken, is removed.

How long

As long as your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from “My account”: your details, messages and replies are deleted with it.

Your rights

Under Moroccan law 09-08 you can access, correct or delete your data, and object to its use. Write to the management. You can also contact the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
